Our stay at the property was mixed. The units were well-kept, spacious, and clean, making for a comfortable living situation. However, the service experience fell short of expectations, especially with concierge assistance being essentially nonexistent. The location was a major plus, right by the slopes and restaurants, but some amenities need improvement. Overall, while the accommodations were nice, the hospitality needs significant enhancement.
